For Denise, working on Wall Street for many years and trying to keep a satisfying fitness regimen was a real challenge. In 2001 she read an article about Pilates as a good outlet for stress relief and a great way to reshape your mind and body into a longer, leaner, healthier being. Denise took her first Pilates class and never looked back. She found Pilates amazing, addicting and realized that this was going to be a part of her life forever. After a year as an enthusiast she entered a local Teacher Training Program and became a comprehensively trained instructor on all apparatus and mat.
